    Exercise map?

    Hey everyone. Long time no see! I have a question about a resource I used to use all the time back when I was a more active poster.

    There was this website that had, I believe, a color-coded map of muscles and a list of exercises that target them. Not hugely remarkable, but it also had a list of all the muscles involved in a lift - synergists, stabilizers, antagonist stabilizers, all that fun stuff, along with a description of how to perform the lift. I think it had videos of the lifts as well.

    Does anyone recall this website or have the link? Or a similar resource? I've been looking for it but can't find it, either on these forums or by internet searches.

    That website alone lead me into the right direction of weight lifting. I was completely clueless when I first walked into the gym. After that and mimicking the .gifs, I significantly progressed training solo.
