Hey everyone. Long time no see! I have a question about a resource I used to use all the time back when I was a more active poster.
There was this website that had, I believe, a color-coded map of muscles and a list of exercises that target them. Not hugely remarkable, but it also had a list of all the muscles involved in a lift - synergists, stabilizers, antagonist stabilizers, all that fun stuff, along with a description of how to perform the lift. I think it had videos of the lifts as well.
Does anyone recall this website or have the link? Or a similar resource? I've been looking for it but can't find it, either on these forums or by internet searches.
