Monday: Power cleans 5x5
Stiff leg 1x20
Wed: Deadlift 5x5
Mil Press 5x5
Close grip bench 4x10
Straight bar curls 4x10
Fri: Power cleans 5x5
Incline bench 4x8
Hopefully gain some strength and size off this progam, what do you think? Thanks
I liked it until I saw you were doing a strength routine and working muscles more than once a week. I've always noticed the greatest strength gains working each muscle once a week.
Your probably right, I should throw out the Monday power cleans and friday incline bench. That makes more since I suppose
It does to me, but you might wait to see what the pl'ers on the board say to.
Oh yea, I'd still prolly want the cleans at the beginning of the week as they take alot out of ya.

I trust your opinion because after you said it , it made total since to me. I wanted to leave the power cleans on friday so then I have 2 days of rest right after them. Maybe do some cardio on the off days. I guess I worry to much about if Im doing enough work for each muscle during the week, if I will see gains from it, Im going to do this starting tomorrow for about 6 weeks and see what happens
