Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Help me understand RESULTS

Is RESULTS a pre or post workout drink? Does it have to be taken everyday to be effective? What does it do for you? I know their are a lot of threads on RESULTS but I'm still confused. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Results is a post work out drink. I take it as soon as i get done and then I take my nitrean. Mix it with 8-10oz of water. Creatine is in it so you need to drink about a gallon of water a day. It has simple sugars too that your muscles need to grow and recover. I found that if you take a scoop before you work out it gives you a more or less sugar high. I just love the way it makes me feel when I am all done. Since I started taking it about 3 weeks ago I have seen better muscles Results and I feel like I am stronger and and able to lift more. Maybe it is all in my head but hey I think it is a great product.

Everyday- Yes take 2 scoops every day. On none work out days I take mine with my first meal of the day. Really from what I have learned that you can take it any time I just like the taste of it first thing in the morning. Some peopled buy a cheap Creatine and just take that on off days but you won't get the same effect. It all comes down to the dollars. I don't mind spending a little more for a great product!

Hope this helps a little I am no pro just a Results junky~!!!!!

Post workout is just a more optimal time to spike insulin which is going to happen when taken. See that dextrose in there? Badda-boom, badda-bing, GROWTH!

The biggest reason why taking it daily is important is to keep up with the consistent dosage. Creatine is great, but it's the HMB and the Beta Alanine that also contribute to this product's success. HMB helps stimulate protein synthesis, Beta-Alanine increases power output + mass and muscular endurance. You wouldn't get the full benefit of the product if you didin't consume it daily.

Thanks for the help guys. So if I start taking RESULTS I wouldn't need to take creatine 500 anymore correct since RESULTS has the five grams in it?

Not if you have a problem with building a tolerance to it. After a couple of hundred dollars experimenting with various pre-workout products...they just don't work. IF you need a boost, just get some caffeine and take it when you really need it.

I meant as in an overdose of supplements or any interactions that could cause a problem.

Cut the NO explode stuff. Eventually it stops working and you need more for the same effect. I dont use it but Ive seen it countless times with training partners. Results actually helps you get stronger. Pre workout supps only have a limited short time weffect for that workout. Like said earlier if you need a boost get caffeine.

Does anyone know the reason why they changed RESULTS from preworkout to post?

Because post-workout is a great time to take the extra carbs.
