Has anyone experienced elbow/bicept pain with their back squats. This started when I switched to LB back squats. I was able to squat better with heavier weight. I'm able to create a shelf for the bar to sit on and i'm not holding the weight with my arms. I'm pressing the bar against my back to ensure the bar doesn't slide off. I don't have the best flexibility and my hands grip the bar thumbless on the outside of the bar. Probably a 2-3 inches away from where it is racked on the power rack.
What can I do? Should i switch back to HB back squats? Is it more of a shoulder mobility? All of the above?
