    Nice lifts

    See no form problems, but that had to be one of the slowest benches in history... you made it though, that's what counts! Solid lifts

    WOOOOOAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW the girl screaming in your bench press video scared me! It was all quiet and all of a sudden this high pitch screaming starts lol I jumped. good videos though.
