I actually FAILED today in an English test. As you can fairly easy see - my volcabulary is not wide enuff, and when I'm being asked for the definitions of "Getting ape", "Bear garden" - I have absoloutly no idea what it means.
I wrote "becoming mad like an ape" and "a garden full of animals"

well i am glad you didnt flunk cent.
next time.. follow the rules and dont call them "imbesils". if i did that to my teacher, i would get detentions and she would probably fail me for the marking period.
its also pretty funny that you say they are smart and then you told them they were stupid.. haha good one

Black_Curtain- I found english to be the hardest subject at school too right till I finished high school and it messed up with my high school percentage. It has improved though, and luckily they dont test after first year in college. I remember those english tests because most of it was a nightmare. I used to rewrite the questions and hand back the test as more often than not, I had no clue as to what the answer was.

does bear garden actually = beer garden?

    perhaps it was a typo.

No, it was "bear garden" I'm pretty sure (from what people told me it should be like a mind-fight or something, didn't really get it) The "getting ape" might be "going ape" or "becoming ape" or something, I don't really remmeber.
