As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. I do 3x10 with 15's
sometimes one of the sets will be with 10's, sometimes with 20's

I can't even comprehend what it would be like to do db curls with 60's or 70's!
do you have like 19" biceps or something?

Maki, maybe you could add a poll to this thread? might make it easier to see the results?

I can curl 55 one time with decent form. I was doing reps with 50 for a while. Now I rep 45 with good form. I'm sure I'll be back up to 50 when I bulk again. I am more focused on form now though.

I do concentration curls, a bit harder but yea, I did 2 sets of 45lbs X 6 today. I know I can get 50lbs maybe 2-3 times, 55lbs maybe once, maybe, not sure. I weigh 182.5lbs as of today, 15-20% bf.

Edit - I voted 50lbs, I'm sure I can get that for probably 3 reps.

I dont do db curls very often. Yesterday I did 65s for a few sets, seated. My heaviest hammer curl was I think 75s for...6 reps. I'm not sure. That was like a year ago.
