I've been looking into doing some mobility work as a warm up before I start lifting because my mobility sucks and I have found 2 warm ups that I like. Michael Boyle's Essential 8 mobility Drills and Joe Defranco's Agile 8.
What do you guys think about them and does it really matter which one I should do? Is one better then the other or mix and match to my needs? Thanks guys I'll post some links if you aren't familiar with them.
It does make a difference. I have seen huge jumps in recovery and overall feller better in normal activity. Pick one and stick to it. It's not important what one only that its done daily.

Ill just pick one of them and stick with it for a good amount of time and then I can try the other one later on down the road.
