I've been looking into doing some mobility work as a warm up before I start lifting because my mobility sucks and I have found 2 warm ups that I like. Michael Boyle's Essential 8 mobility Drills and Joe Defranco's Agile 8.
What do you guys think about them and does it really matter which one I should do? Is one better then the other or mix and match to my needs? Thanks guys I'll post some links if you aren't familiar with them.
