Right now I'm taking maximums, results, ETS, and multi-plus. I'm thinking of adding BCAA+ to my drink during my workout. Would this be a good idea or not worth it since I'm already taking everything else? Thanks guys
The only benefit BCAA+ (or any BCAA supplement) would be to you considering you are likely in a caloric excess and consuming plenty of protein is if you used it pre-workout (about 40 minutes prior to training). You may then experience the benefit it can impart which is a reduction in fatigue during your training session (or a feeling of greater energy).

Like Chris said, try it pre-workout and see if it gives you a boost. This is why I only add in one supp at a time. When you add one at a time you can tell a difference. Whereas, when you throw everything in at once you can't always be sure what's working for you and what's not.
