Been following the HCT-12 program for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed it! However i came across the BGB program on here and would really like to give it a go in a few weeks! I have gone through the programming but just want to make sure everything is in place ok! This is what i put where:

Horizontal Push/Pull:

5x5 Rack Pulls (will have to be with smith due to gym limitations)
4x10 BB Bent over rows

5x5 Incline Bench Press
3x10 Dips
3x12 Machine Flies

4x10 Weighted Ab Crunch

Quad Dom:

5x5 Back Squat
3x10 Machine Leg Press
3x15 Leg Curls

5x5 Preacher Hammer Curls
4x10 EZ Preacher Curls

Vertical Push/Pull:

5x5 Pull-ups
4x10 Lat Pulldown

5x5 Military Press
3x10 Military Press
3x10 Lat Raise

4x10 Weighted Crunches

Hip/Hamstring Dom:

5x5 Deadlift
3x10 Machine Leg Press
3x15 Leg Extension (Considering front squat switch)

5x5 CGBP
4x10 Skulls
