I'll add that first tricep exercise with the football bar and bands absolutely killed my triceps. Some of the video is shaky because I was having a hard time holding the camera up lol
that honestly just looks like fun and a great atmosphere. Wish I had a crew like that to train with!
What is the goal of the assistance exercise where you hold the bar in place (I think it was 135 loaded) and move your hands back and forth? Tri work? Chest work?
The banded tris looked fun, but training alone I'd be worried to set it up and not have someone to help load/unload the bar.
Robert that is a special bar. It works the chest very intensely as there is a spring you are working against.

Noticed the spring didn't know it was there for oscilation/instablity, but obviously it is for resistance. Trying to think of a way to mimic it without the bar. Would it be crazy dangerous to put some fat grips upside down on it a band around the wrist and slide the fat grips along the bar?
