lol man just ignore it. I like being bigger and stronger than most guys so I let the the ego lifters carry on while I improve myself. I lol when I see people doing invisible board press or invisible high box squats haha. They both seem to be very popular at commercial gyms.

If it's seriously causing you physical discomfort, I think you've got bigger fish to fry than someone doing half reps bro. Who gives a shit? If its your training partner, help him, tell him what's up, if he takes your advice awesome, if not, find a new partner.

I did rack pulls from the knee cap on wednesday and worked up to 725. Everyone in the gym (24 hour fitness) was staring. I guarantee 90% of them were calling me out on my partial rep in their head. Fuck them.
For those that you *know* aren't doing partial reps and are just doing shitty form, it bugs me, however, ever wonder why? Shoulder/pec injuries can be a reason to do 1/2 ROM bench presses. Knee issues can be a reason to do 1/4 squats (although, it's much less stress on the knee to hit full depth).
Plain and simple: I just ignore it.
Yes, it annoys me. Often I will encourage them to use a full ROM.
