    Thank you.

For some reason everything always looks a lot easier on video... it definitely felt heavy when I un-racked the weight.

Haha, that's how I often feel when I film my lifts. Great press Tom! Slowed down a little in the midrange and then you made the lockout look effortless!

Dang, I've seen you push press 300, but that strict press just looked easy! Congrats on the PR, sir.

Like others have pointed out, that looked ridiculously easy for 300lbs. Absolutely nuts! Great work, man.
(Rather motivating too, as I only OH press a third of that... )

I think that I hit my first push press 300 about five years ago... so it was a long road to being able to strict press the same weight.

    That was badass.

What is that you're wearing? Is that just your shirt colors or do you have some kind of gear on?

The shirt is an Adidas 'loose fit' ClimaCool shirt, similar to a loose fit Under Armor t-shirt.

Maybe he was referring to your elbow sleeves, Tom.

You're probably right, I was initially thinking that he was asking about the shirt because it is two-tone.

The elbow sleeves that I have on are fairly loose cloth sleeves from APT. I believe that particular sleeve is no longer available but there are some heavier-duty ones on the market now.
