Some of tips that are good for weight loss are:
Go for running especially go for morning walk
Do swimming and workout
Try to avoid oily things and use low carb diet foods
Drink plenty of water to lose weight.

a hungry super heavy weight lifter will do a great job of making sure no extra food makes it to your mouth...

Isn't this a powerlifting forum. Powerlifters only loose weight when its the week before a meet and all tips that were mentioned aren't going to help you drop 30 lbs
