Ok im 20 weighing in at 250 around 6 ft 1 or 2....carrying some extra weight in my stomach and lov handles...id like to get on i diet where im not puttin on any more fat but gettin bigger... having a bit of a gut doesnt bother me...but just would like soe segestions...and since im in college i dont have tons of oney to spend on food
well, to get bigger, a very calorie dense diet is a must have, but that counteracts your want to lose fat. if i were you, i'd eat a lot of meat, eggs, peanut butter, oats, any type of food that has a lot of protein and calories, and start working out all of your muscles, not just upper body. worry about losing fat later, since it will be easier with extra muscle. look around in the articles section. wannabebig has a lot of interesting articles and i think you might like to try the barbell complexes for fat loss one.
or maybe i should try cutting weight then build back up again??
