    Thanks everyone.

Hayden - my shoulder is def feeling the strongest and least painful since November. That 308x5 is the heaviest raw weight I have had in my hands since then.

Brian - Thanks mate. You have helped me a ton.

    Squat & Deadlift Training - 2nd March

    Decline Weighted Abs
    4x10

    Leg Ext
    3x10

    Lying Leg Curl
    3x10

Notes: Quick and easy session. 600 will be my opener so it moved like a wee toy as expected.

Had to get this session in by myself as unfortunately I cant make it to squatting tonight. For this week squatting was meant to be Thursday night but due to one thing and another that fell through and its now back to tonight. My wife and I had prior arrangements to go out for dinner this evening and I didnt want to let her down so I plan to demolish an obscene amount of Tapas later.

Four weeks training left after today. This training cycle is flashing past....

    BTW:
I have been having this every morning for a week now.
''Apple Pie and Custard'' protein shake/smoothie

    -250mls water
    -1 cup oats
    -6 eggs
    -2 scoops vanilla protein
    -80g apple sauce
    -dash of cinnamon
    -10g glutamine

    Pudding for breakfast....cant beat that.
