Nice squats and pulls. Lifting alone works well if you are doing basic stuff, but it sucks if you have stuff you need to set up.

Like the look of the block speed pulls, great idea it always bugs me when people say you HAVE to pull from the floor or deficit for speed........thats not logical and seems like they read Louie say it so thats the end of it.
There are no rules, some things work when they prob shouldnt.
Great way to build starting power at a funny angle IMO.

As others have said your volume is big bro!!

Nick, I see where your coming from. But I want to add so others will understand that doing speed pulls off the floor or a deficit will help with your speed off the floor, especially against bands. Doing the speed pulls off blocks will help build speed through your sticking point.

Here is a pic of the tailored shirt sleeve of my jack shirt. Its pinched a good half inch which means over an inch all round. Far too tight. I couldnt even get the left sleeve over my elbow properly. I will get it tailored again at the mid point between the original and the new lines and it should be perfect. If a get an invite (depending how I do on April 14th) for the NEC Bodypower Expo push/pull event in May, I will be using it then which would give me about 6 weeks to get it broken in and working for me.

wiggle wiggle wiggle wiggle wiggle!! HAHA Great work Justin! Those last 2 inches F'n suck! Tuck in those elbows hard. I know I asked you this before, but what grip do you use? Hard to see. Weight is climbing for sure though. Sucks about the shirt too. Hopefully they can get it right for you and youll have it in time for the push/pull.

    Squat & Deadlift Training - 9th March

    *ralgex
    *rolling
    *static stretching

    Squat
    reverse blues
    286x5
    396x3
    briefs
    506x1
    616x1
    suit bottoms
    700x1
    straps up & wraps
    760x1
    800x1

    Deadlift
warmed up to 484x1 raw and shut it down.

Notes: I have flu like symptoms and a head full of cotten wool. My sinuses felt like they were about to explode. I was quite pleased that the squatting went ok but i only warmed up with pulls before calling it a day. They just felt heavy tbh and I twanged something in my left rear delt/lat/triceps area. Ice and hope for that one lol.
