Training is looking solid. I modified my back loading a little bit, but am still staying course. When i lift in the morning with nothing but coffee, i actually feel really good, and maybe stronger. Training in the evening i have to allow myself a small amount of carbs or i feel like shit. Im down to like 212. Nice and slow loss. Seems like its working well for you too. Where is your weight at?
