The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Cheers BC. Hope I maintain that. The bit of extra BW helps my bench so much.

    Upper Accessory - 18th Aug

So due to a load of circlejerkin' on Friday night I threw the head up and went home. Not everyone was able to make it to training at the same time and rather than fuck about and wait for a few hours more, I just went home in a huff. We are now squatting and pulling tonight which is probably better anyway.

    Saturdays...

    *foam rolling
    *hip mobility
    *shoulder traction/mobilty

    CGBP
    Barx30
    132x10
    220x5
    264x5
    308x3
    slanger
    352x5
    raw
    308x10 to ~5'' foam

    Seated DB Shoulder Press
    40sx10
    80sx10
    97sx5
    105sx5
    110sx5

    Ghetto TBars
    4 sets up to
    5platesx10

    BB Shrugs
    330x20 (x3)

    Rope Uprows
    3x12

Cable Preacher Curls / Rear Delt Cables
    3x15 each

    VBar Tri Pressdowns
    3x10

Notes: Felt good on Saturday and probably because I hadnt squatted the night before. I usually feel like a bucket of smashed crabs for this session so it was a nice change.

Oh...when I finished the set of 110s on shoulder press I slammed the right one down on my thigh and even though it wasnt bad at the time, I woke up Sunday morning with a dead leg. Not too bad as I can still walk properly. What made things worse was that when I iced it and strapped the ice pack on (bare skin) with a loose knee wrap I actually fucking froze my skin. I mean it was solid to the touch.....and now I have a huge burn about the size of a coffee cup. Getting suited up tonight should be fun :-/

Dude!!! I'm good bro, how the hell have you been? I'm back for a while again at WBB. We're trying to get the old crew back, Keph just came back yesterday. I'm trying to get some strength back after recovering from elbow surgery and I'm working on my cardio. What are you focusing on these days? Looks like full PL. A 700 squat? Holy Moses you are the man. Nice to still see you here brother.
