Thanks Nick. Thats really encouraging to hear. I am doing a deadlift comp at the very end of March which I will be using as my last heavy DL training before my full power comp on the 14th April. The goal will be the 300kg pull.

Cheers B!! Its great working out of a mono. Walk outs are teh suck. Get one. I think you would put up around 440+ in it they way your benching is these days.

    Bench Training - 17th January

    *deep heat
    *band dislocates
    *static stretching

    Bench
    barxlots
    132x10
    220x5
    264x1
    308x1
    sling shot
    352x3
    396x1
    418x1
    429x1

    OH Tri Ext
    w/EZ bar
    4x10

    Face Pulls
    3x10

    Plate Raise/Side Laterals
    3x10 each

    Rope Tri Pressdowns
    3x15

    BB Curls
    3x10

Notes: Felt beat up so after a crappy few sets of bench I just went for some higher volume stuff to flush some blood. For this session, I used a new invloluntary technique for bench called the 'Dump, bounce and grind'...bullshit. Just didnt have it yesterday. This should have been a shirted session but due to one guy being injured and another being away on a trip. I was flying solo. Our group is down from 5 to 3 and will be like that way for most of the year. These things happen.

    Heres some dirty benchin'...
