I like the look of that raw day. 496 and chains is a pretty damn strong press. As soon as I get a little extra cash ill be ordering a sling shot. Really interested in how it works.

    Squat & Deadlift Training - 17th Feb

    *deepheat
    *static stretching

    Squat
against single choked greens & blues
    Bar+bands x6
    briefs
    176+bands x3
    286+bands x3
    396+bands x2
    506+bands x1
    wraps
    572+bands x1
    594+bands x1

    Deadlift
    154x3
    264x1
    374x1
    484x1
    594x1

Notes: Tough session. Still need a few inches on my squat. To deadlift, I was wedged into an old centurion squat suit which I will use for an upcoming IPF deadlift comp. The pulls were disgusting but very easy. The suit is for a 181lber lol. Took a long time to get into. If I can get to the bar, and get a better setup, I will pull big PR in it.

Thanks guys. I definitely notice my knees travelling, being a bit loose, my head not staying up and obviously the depth. Things I need to sort out.

    132x10
    220x5
    264x3
    sling shot
    308x3
    352x3
    396x3

    Dips
    BWx10
    +44x5
    +88x5 (x5)

    Single Arm T Bars
    plate weight
    88x10 (x4 each side)

    Low Rows
    Vbar to belly
    198x10,10,8,8

    DB Shrugs
    220x20 (x3)

Tri Pressdowns / EZ Bar Curls
    3x10 each

Notes: Going to drop the pressing on this day and just make it a back day. Was miserable this entire session because of the pain in my elbows and it is definitely related to squatting the night before as they are never as bad on a Wednesday bench session.
