heavy powerlifting style then go for pump???
ok im training wit my cousin and hes more into bodybuilding and im more powerlifting. now i think i came up with a way that i can get my power in and he gan get a pump. we have been tryn it for the past 2 workouts(quads yestarday and back today) and man it feels great!! ok what i came up wit was say its chest day. we go to bench press we do 5-7 sets there adding weight each time and the last 2 are super heavy for 3-4 reps after we are done there we'll do like say db press wit db flys. we'll do like 2 super sets there about 10 reps each exercise and hard..and if its a big muscle like quads or back ill add a triple drop set of a isolation like cable crossover and do like 10,8,6 reps u know triple drop. and its feels raw!! i get my big bench and he gets his major pump. i dont know if the "pump" does anything for growth but as long as he thinks it does and i get my power moves where str8/
so what do u guys think?
