    Here's the back...

This picture makes my back look small... I'll admit that i lack definition but what a wake up call for me! I need to start some serious rowing...

I'm gonna add legs here since nobody is seeing them down below:

Ah, I was 5'11" and 215. Now, I'm about 196. I had gotten down to about 190, but I've been building a lot of muscle. I don't think it will talk you long at all. Check out my journal if you have a chance. I have my routine and some pics of myself on there. No before pics, though. Wish I did. You'd be amazed at the difference.

My arms were a bit over 15 last time i measured. My goal would be to get up to the 16.5 range around where Rock is. Rock, we should chat some time, maybe you could give me some advise.

Thanks... I have gotten a lot of compliments on my calves in the past, but would be totally ok with beefing them up a tad. I also am totally motivated to start hitting my back harder now. The shoes are a bit loud huh... I love em' though! Anyway, thatnks for the compliments.

I think that your calves and traps are your best areas. Some areas most people can not or do not develop. Well done....

TryingToBeBig, I only shaved my legs once so I could tan under all the hair =). It just so happened that I took the pictures right after that. Trust me, unless you need to, I don't recomend it. Your legs get cold!!
