    Progress ?

    Hi guys just a few pictures of my progress. Feel free to give your views.

    First two pictures are from July 2010 when I weighed about 80kg.



    These two pictures I took Last night and I weigh around 69-70kg.



    Still lots of hardwork to come!

    Lookin fit! Arms and shoulders are certainly lookin bigger. Chest is getting there too.

    You look heaps better. No longer skinny fat and you've gained muscle.
