after some reading, is this thing even an ab machine?
and whats the right way to use it? i find that your using arms or elbows more than abs.
today i tried just pushing with my elbows WHILE trying to use my abs as much as possible and felt a bit more but not much.
maybe this is more of a core machine?
i'm only doing it as its close to the lower-back-raise device i use and can superset the two.
