    Gymnastics and WBB Routine 2

    I'm starting the WBB 2 routine next month. I'm taking a week off because of a back injury. Anywayz will doing gymnastics for an hour and a half once a week help my routine or not. This time i'm planning eating well and alot.

    Gymnastics is mainly for strenght but i do love the gymnasts physiques
    Milk is the best Supplement

    Well my friends think I'm ugly

    *** Help you get stronger, maybe, but with the amount of work you have to do with WBB2 one of the two will suffer.

    I'm just goin to lay of gymnastics for a little while. Maybe trampoline once in a while
