so i have a meet next year on the 28th/29th...

I was just wondering as to how do I taper and increase my ability to crush some shit at the meet using the conjugate system without using the circa-max method. I can't find anything online about it or in louie's book so might as well ask you guys.

I'm thinking about doing this for ME work:

2 weeks out = openers (I'm fairly not strong so I'm 100% sure this will not bother me)
1 week out =few reps with about 50% or lower + some assistance

Although for DE work I have no clue as to how I would do it. Does this seem ok?:

4-2 weeks out : typical DE cycle of 50-60 (i don't have any bands and chains so it's all straight weight)
1 week out: the typical 4th week deload

thoughts?
