    Right shoulder is still hurting quite abit and not happy about that. Dumbbells only hurt a small amount, so I did those first today. Happy with the prs, even though I really wanted 5 with the 165s. Benching with the cambered bar upside down didn't hurt at all. I think it was just high enough height that it felt good. It is still really painful to try to bench anything of even moderate weight full range though. I'm going to be careful the next few weeks and try to stay away from things that hurt so it heals up quickly hopefully.

    I am trying to be careful. It's the same recurring issue I've had for years since I injured it bad in 2006. Sometimes it's ok and doesn't bother me much at all and sometimes it's bad for awhile. I do some warmup stuff and do some rotator stuff after benching usually. As far as mobility though probably nothing that would fit in that category. It's also the same side that the side of my shoulder is still fucked up and I have issues squatting with a straight bar although it's not as bad now.

    I still hate box squatting. I suck at it, even high box. I had a plan to try to do some reps near my max with just a belt followed by some reps full-range, but it actually felt significantly harder than just a full-range squat. It seems to make me not to be able to use my back as much as a regular squat, especially at that height. After I also realized that I've only squatted mid-500s on a buffalo bar with just a belt, so maybe it wasn't that bad. I can still only grab the 7 foot bar on the collars, and 315 aggravated my shoulder some, so I stayed there for the last set instead of 405. Left leg still keeps feeling more fucked up too, although I still have no idea what it is, but squatting deep I am having a hard time with getting down and shift more weight to the right when I get near the bottom, which is also aggravating my right knee then.

    Raw benching was good. Shoulder is still aggravated but being careful with it. This shirt was adjusted a little bit and I was just trying to get the form right today. I think 455 will be the minimum to touch with. I can get that easy enough if the groove is right. I was just tired and didn't feel like trying it again. The arms fit pretty good now, but chest plate is too big to really work that good. Not sure that this will really be the right shirt for me or not though.

    I like pulling after squats and separately. The reason why I switched back to doing them separately is because I started getting wore out after squats and I didn't want to pull.

    Benching was good. Could have had another rep with 425 raw but saved it for trying the shirt today. I think I finally found a shirt I may be able to use.
