Hammer Strength Rows (each arm)
Lat Pulldowns (wide neutral grip)
DB Preacher Curls (each arm)
Roll on PVC pipe and some shoulder stretching
I wanted to do heavy barbell rows and shrugs today, but my back is aggravated pretty bad this week and I still want to try to squat heavy in 2 days, so I just went heavier on some of the machine stuff instead.
