    Cable Curls (each arm)

    Shrugs on calf raise machine

    Curls on preacher machine (all 1 set, just stop to change weight)

    20x20

    Bike- 12 minutes

    Had fun with extra curls today. Off week for bench so training squats and some lower body stuff on Thursday.
