I found out the bar I used to bench with a couple days ago did have the rings narrower by an inch and a half or so, so 415x2 with a closer grip was better than I thought considering that.

Add belt/loose wraps
Car Push (start uphill then flat)
3 times x about 80-100 feet with larger size car
Squat was good today. First time I have done over 500 in a long time. It was easy, but all I wanted to do was a single right at 500 or just over. My knee felt good throughout also, which is also the first time with anything over 435 that it has felt fine, so I'm happy with that. I did the car push later on a few times to simulate something close to the truck pull event. I need to try to be faster, as none of the vehicles are ever hard but I'm not very fast.
