    Done...Today I had to combine the days. I wasn't able to pull yesterday because my kids had orientation for school and it took way longer then usual. Decided to pull with chains which is always fun. The OHP with a cambered bar is pretty hard because its always swinging at the top. The deload is over and the next six weeks of training is going to be brutal.

    Last night I decided to check the rankings on PLW since they separated the wraps and sleeves raw division. Right now I am currently in 3rd place @ 242 in the raw division (no kneewraps) which is pretty awesome. This gave me a lot of motivation to watch my weight better and continue to prove myself at 242.

    Thanks guys! I know that I should be concerned about my bodyweight more for health reasons, which I am. But this has me pretty pumped up, lol. For awhile now, I've been wanting to maintain my weight around 245 so cutting weight will be a breeze. Will see what happens, I just need to man up and set my mind right.

    I do, but it's never the same. I like to experiment, lol. I'll continue to do so until I find something I really like. I've been working with Tone Barbaccio for awhile now. He created a Jersey Iron template that's sort of like the cube method but with his twist on it. For this meet he gave a copy of his second version for my squat and bench. For my deadlift I'm doing a modified version of 5/3/1 and I'm hoping it works. My problem is, I never stick to something. I always want to try new things and learn from mistakes.

    Yeah I'm kind of the same way. Every meet my training evolves a little bit and I try something slightly different. I also never completely stick to a 'plan'.
