    Done....Pretty good session today. I decided to give inclines a try again and take a break from the OHP. I'll probably just rotate them every other week. I can feel a weakness in my pecs and I'm hoping these will strengthen them. I'm also going to hit some lockout work, like pin presses and more close grips. I'll probably rotate these as well. Since I moved my grip in, I'll be using more triceps so I really need to hit them hard. Thanks to Tim Gale for throwing me the idea of pin presses!

    Done...Not how I wanted my opener to go, but I am in need of a deload. So this pretty much wraps up my squat training for the meet. I'm having some issues with my right leg and it's causing me some pain. But I'm hoping that some rolling and mobility work will fix some of that.

    Also, I upgraded my iPhone to the iOS7, and for some reason I can't view this website at all. I can go to the main page, but it won't go past that. Any one with an iPhone having the same problem?

    I don't have an iphone, but my computer here I cannot get on this site and a few others with internet explorer. Does the exact same thing you are saying- home page and then nothing else. Firefox is the only thing I can get on them with. I cannot get on it with my tablet either when i used it and that probably has the same type of internet as your iphone (safari or whatever it's called). There's only a few other sites this happened with also, but can't remember exactly which. I think it is something with the sites' compatability or security settings, or possibly some add-on is needed that makes it view correctly (not an expert on this but that is the ideas I can think of that might cause it).

    I'm still not sure what's going on, but it sucks because I normally use my phone. Right now I'm using my old iPhone that I keep around for an iPod and as you can see WBB works fine, lol.

    Brian how many days off do you take before a meet? Do you take the full week off or do you hit a light session or two earlier in the week just to get some blood moving? I hate not training for more than 3 or 4 days in a row but I always want to make sure I'm 100% come meet day.

    When I was lifting in gear, I would take the entire week off. Since I've been raw, I usually do all 3 lifts on Monday with super light weight. I'll load up 2pps for squats and deads, and 1pps on the bench. I'll do a couple sets of 8-10 reps. On Wednesday, I'll go and do some bodyweight stuff using EFS blast straps, and maybe throw in some band movements and barbell movements. All this is just to keep me moving. I hate sitting around the house not doing anything.
