Done...I really didn't feel like training, so I just went out there and just got some work done. I kept moving at a fast pace and finished right at 60 minutes. The one thing I hate about training squat and deadlift on the same day is the lack of motivation to train later in the week. Hopefully that'll change once I start my meet prep next week.
What you are doing is and continues to be spectacular! You are one of the best lifters around, and the more people out there realize this, the better - seriously. Wish you the best going into this next phase!
You do know if you drop down to the 220's, you're gonna have to get a tan, because you'll be jacked!
Seated shoulder presses
2brd close grip bench press
100 reps total
If you can hit 700 lbs raw, I'm pretty sure you can hit 1050 in gear. The strength will be there. Just need to learn and adapt to the gear.
I'm interested to see what Brian Carroll has you do.
What meet did you decide to do?

435lbs. raw bench
580lbs. raw deadlift

I can't wait to see what Brian Carroll has you doing!
15 weeks out from RUM7
Top set of 555x5 with new SBD knee sleeves and belt
Top set of 625x5 with belt
Wide stance GM's w/cambered bar

Done...Wow, this session was intense. But I got it done! The session did take longer then normal, but I'm cool with that. My left calf is still bothering me a little, so I need to roll on it and use my trigger wheel to see what's going on. Next week is going to be fun!

Top set of 365x5 w/24" KLA 3000 wrist wraps
Wide grip bench press
Incline DB presses
Band flyes w/EFS Light band (orange)
Done...Nice and easy session. The 365x5 was pretty good considering I didn't have a lift off.
