    Wow, hope you get this figured out. You can deal with one injury in a time but when they come in bunches well thats different. As I said I hope you get it sorted asap mate.

    Done...I decided to do some reps with the CGBP, which felt good and the OH DB presses felt good also. Then I tried to do a pullup and it wasn't happening. So I called it there and stopped. I'm not sure what i'm going to do, but there are still plans on doing the meet. This week was my last heavy pull, even though I didn't do the amount of volume I needed to do. Next week will be my last heavy squat and bench and i'm going to do some light speed pulls and see how it feels. This will determine whether or not I do the meet.

    Thanks alot B! This is a pretty shitty feeling. Something is telling me to do the meet and something is telling me not to do it. I still have plans on lifting in November, but we'll see. I just need to stay healthy.

    I would rather do a token squat, lol. Once my leg gets warmed up, i'm ok....sort of, lol. But my arm right now is whats bothering me, more mental then anything.

    Update:

    I know I said I wasn't going to pull this week, but i'm going to give it a go and see how my arm feels. That way I can go ahead and sign up for the meet in time. Also, hopefully it will help me mentally when I go and compete.

    Also, since I got my friend to start training with me and if I can keep him coming in, i'm going to get back in gear and do a geared meet late this year or early next year. I'm still not 100%, more like 95% lol. I will keep you guys updated as the year goes on.
