    Yeah, I just have 3/4" stall mats under them. My rack isn't bolted down either, lol. I have thought about building a platform and then bolting it down, but it seems to work fine now.

    Yeah, I have a platform I put together for dead lifts, but don't really see a point in building another for the squat rack other than some stall mats. USPA just uses what looks like the indoor/outdoor carpet, I thought about plywood covered in that, but again thought the mats would be easier and simpler with the same feel.

    My deadlift platform is two 4x8 sheets of wood with one layer of stall mat on top. I did lay some outdoor carpet inside my power rack. It's not taped down so sometimes I have to straighten it out, lol. But it does the trick!

    It makes sense because the attempt sheet showed 699 for my last squat and 451 for my last bench. But on the screen it showed 700 and 452, and the announcer said it as well. Brian also said that it adds a pound, but I believe the record books will show 699-451-722.

    I don't really care too much what the record says in my case, because it's really not what I want to achieve yet benching or near enough to a benchmark weight like 450, 500, etc. But I just thought you would like to know just for yourself. Obviously then you know yourself that you squatted 700 instead of 699 (something like that 1lbs. I would care about in that case).

    DONE....Deadlifting today was pretty tough. I'm not sure why, but I could not get comfortable at the start. My original plan was to pull 585 for 3 sets of 5, but after my first rep on the first set, I decided to pull triples. Then for some reason I went to 600 and pulled it for a hard 5 reps, lol. I'm slowly lowering the box for the pistol squats. Next week i'll do them off a 16" box.
