    Done...Today I felt like testing my front squat and it worked out pretty good. The last time I did a 1RM I did 420 with a Mastadon bar. To me this is still a big PR even though I used a different bar. Maybe some day I'll grow a pair and stop being a sissy and use a straight bar, lol. But for now, I'll be sticking with the SSB. I also tried out something new today, which was sumo rack pulls. I got this idea from Marcus Wild and it lit my back up, lol. Something I'll probably continue to do.

    Thanks! I had the bar setup so the weights were around 6" off the floor. That put the bar below my knees.

    Thanks Tim! For some reason I thought I did a triple with heavier weight, but I did the same weight last week. If I knew that I probably would've bumped the weights up a tad. Oh well, that'll give me something to shoot for next time.

    Done...Wow, what a brutal session, lol. When I woke up this morning, I really didn't feel like doing this today. So I figured I would just hit my sets and reps then call it quits. As you can see, it didn't go that way. The 545x10 was a pretty big PR for me, and i'm so happy I nailed it feeling the way I did. Lately, deadlifting has been tough and I think it's the extra weight I gained. The last set of 5 was pretty hard. Hopefully things will come around and I can get comfortable pulling again. I would like to pull a PR at my next meet .
