    Sounds good except for one thing. With the weights you're moving, it will never feel light or easy. LOL Staying tight without a belt is a trick I'm still trying to learn.

    Well, hopefully when I'm peaking for my next meet the weights will feel light, lol. That's exactly my point, I rely too much on the belt and I feel like it's time to get strong with out. It's hard for me to get tight at times and this will teach you.

    Brian... just because you are kind'a roundishly shaped doesn't mean you can walk around calling your bars fat.

    Nice floor pressing. Remember, you gotta get to 500 before I hit 400!

    Haha, I know I've gotten a little chubby, lol!!!
    I'm trying buddy, but it seems like my bench moves slowly. Which is good, as long as it keeps moving forward.

    You know I think the beltless squats and pulls is a good idea. If you can get to 600 or more on squats like that, I think that would make a good difference.

    Yeah, me too! We'll see in a few weeks when I attempt a 1RM on paused squats and deadlifts.

    Done...A pretty good session today. Felt strong and form felt good, but my last set of deadlifts were hard, lol. This session was done with sleeves only and no belt. When I do put one on, i'll show in my log when I did.

    Done...Another solid session today. I probably should've stopped at 385, but it moved pretty good so I decided to make another jump. My last set moved ok and I got the reps I needed, it just felt like I rushed the set because I felt the fatigue kick in after rep 1, lol. The close grip BP was a little harder today, but I did do 5lbs more today then I did last week so no complaints. Next week is a deload and I'll be hitting some singles and working on form.

    Not at all. It did take me a few sessions to get the feel for it. But, I can't stand using a straight bar, so I made this work, lol. It's almost like using a front squat harness.
