    Deadlift:
    Lets just say, that my legs are still not recovered from squatting on Monday. While warming up with 135 and my hamstrings started to cramp up and I was getting a sharp pain. I ended up going to 435x5 but I stopped because it wasn't worth it. My legs haven't been this sore in a long time. Lesson learned and note to self....keep squatting and deadlifting in the same day!!! I'll do some back work tomorrow with the rest of my upper body work.

    Done...Pretty good day today. The last set of squats was alittle harder then I wanted. My best with 635 is 3 reps, so I'm not far from a triple PR! I wasn't expecting much from my deadlift only because I haven't really had a good training session since my minor injury. 665 was a number I had in mind, and I went for it and got it. My best double is 700 and I wouldn't mind attempting 705x2 in 3 weeks. I think right now, it's going to be all mental when it comes to pulling.

    Done...So happy to finally break my 5 rep PR!!! It was tough and it got ugly, but I got it. I'm also happy with the improvement on my sumo pull. I never train it, and last time I pulled 585 sumo, it was for a double while wearing Titan BOSS briefs. I plan to keep pulling sumo for a few more weeks. Then I'll switch back to conventional when I'm about 5-6 weeks out.
