7 weeks out...
Didn't really do much on this day. Still not able to press, so my planned floor presses were a no go. So I decided to just knock out some triceps, biceps, band flyes and some facepulls. Here's how it went...
JM presses: 95/3x15
High pulley bicep curls: 3 sets of 12
Band facepulls w/EFS mini band: 3 sets of 15
Band flyes w/EFS monster mini: 3 sets of 20
That's it, lol. Things seem to be getting better, so we'll see what happens.
