    Holy sh1t bro, I was just thinking about you, lol. I'm not 100% sure, the leg pain went away, and I think that's due to the mobility work I was doing. I just need to keep it up and see what happens.

    hey nasty closegrip work!!!! ps...i have 2 friends who went throught that kind of leg pain...i cant exactly remember but i think it was a nerve issue and went away in time...as for the lower back pain, in my own life that has always been from my hip flexors being too tight...stretching usuallly helps

    Thanks alot Chase!!! I just started doing some mobility work and I can feel a difference already. It's not 100%, but it does feel better.

    The 435 looked good. Maybe 450 or more on a third.

    435 looked better than 410! You looked tighter and had more speed/power coming off the pause. I'm thinking 455 for a possible third attempt depending on how gassed you feel.

    Thanks Tim, yeah I felt a little loose on the 410. If you look close, once I started pressing it, my right arm started to shake. We'll see how things go.
