    Thanks a lot Tone, I appreciate it!!! The sickness I was feeling did go away after my deadlift set of 495, lol. I'm off tomorrow from work and the gym so I'll be chilling at the house hopefully trying to catch up on some sleep.

    Nice deadlift PR. And on the third set of 635. I figure you can hit at least 650x3 on a first heavy set.

    Yeah, I'm glad I didn't...lol!!! I'm actually surprised I didn't bleed a little seeing how new the bar is. Oh well, next time I'll try and be more careful.

    The way I feel, I'm glad its coming up when it is. I'm not 19 anymore, back then I trained no matter what. The only time I took off was before and after a meet, lol.

    We've found about 3 weeks of heavy, followed by a deload works for us. Looks like it's perfect for you as well! Tim & I are learning just as much as you are from the cycle. We're interested if you have the same issues we did at the same points. Hearing you're ready for a deload tells me that the 3 week cycles are perfect and the percentages are good.

    I agree, I think training for 3 weeks heavy and then taking a deload works best.

    I feel alot better then I did yesterday, but I still skipped training today. Even though i'm feeling better, I still don't feel 100%. I'll pick it back up on Monday!!!
