    Done...It wasn't the day I was looking for, but still not a bad one. It was taking forever to get warmed up and i'm sure it has something to do with it being 30 degrees outside. I got all the required reps, but I was wanting to go for AMAP on my 3rd set of 335. Tomorrow I am squatting and i'm not sure yet if i'm going to start 531 or my program. I might do 531 for this month and then start my program next month.

    Done...That last set put a hurting on me, lol. I swear I have the 3 plate curse, because whenever I go up to 3pps everything starts to feel heavy. I need to get back into squatting shape so I can handle these reps. I also had to bring my stance in some because my right side hip was bothering me.

    Nice reps there though man. Thinking of getting some knee sleeves an I see you wear them, how do you find them?

    Yeah it blows, hopefully it will get better.

    Today I wore my Tommy Kono bands, they are great for warmth and not so much with rebound. If you want support and rebound I would go with the EFS heavy or super heavy knee sleeves.

    It was a lot of volume, lol. Just a few months ago I was able to do 500x10 and today that 460 kicked my butt. I guess it's all in my head.

    I'm pretty sure the weight never really feels a lot lighter, it just becomes easier to do. 460x10 after 2 sets of 5 is still not bad any day.

    I know what you mean Brian. The jump from 405 to 450 always kills me when squatting. It seems so much heavier.

    I was suppose to go in and do some upper accessory work, but I decided to stay home and catch up on some sleep. I'm thinking about skipping the CSGM's on Monday and finishing up 531. Then after my first cycle of 531, I might go back to squatting and pulling in the same session.

    Haha, good point. The weird thing is, that 1030 felt just as heavy on my back as my 960 opener did. Hopefully I'll have another 1k squat left in me before I retire my gear.
