Nice PR Brian. Hitting some heavy deads and squats in one day is a serious training day. Awesome stuff!

That was some solid lifting Brian. You really sink your squats. Never a question of hitting depth when you bury them that deep. Like your deadlift bar. Is that a Texas Deadlift Bar? I'm asking, 'cus I wants one!

Awesome job lifting today. 625 for 4 sets and a double on the last set is really good. The deadlift PR looked pretty easy too after everything before it.
    Best competition lifts:
    650lbs. raw squat
    441lbs. raw bench
    580lbs. raw deadlift
    1650lbs. raw total

Great work Brian. I thought you said doing SQ/DL in one session at 95-100% was hard. You are making it look easy :P.

Thanks a lot April, I think I could of squeezed out one more rep if tried. But 3 reps was on my mind so my mind and body said stop after I pulled that 3rd rep, lol.

I had a long and busy weekend. We spent all day Saturday at Disney's Magic Kingdom and half a day on Sunday at Disney's Animal Kingdom. So I went into training today with a little energy, lol. I did get my sets and reps I needed but damn those were the ugliest 15 reps. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day, because i'm going to pull some heavy singles @ 95%.
