    Quick question for you - when testing maxes, do you always do a deload just beforehand to make sure you're fresh in order to get an accurate result?

    Thanks Gaz and yes, I pretty much always take a deload before I max. This cycle I think i'll be lifting around 80% the week before I max. So we'll see how it goes.

    Don't forget to adjust your safety spotters on the rack Tank. Even with light weights, shit happens.

    I'm guessing your talking about my squat video, lol. I took the one side out so I can check my depth. I bought some Spud Inc. Suspendsion Straps from EFS, so i'll be using those instead.

    You can't beat that. How much do you rest between squat and deadlift? Your GPP must be really good to go that heavy on both in one session.

    Not long. I pretty much unload the squat bar straight to the DL bar. Then i'll take my shoes/sleeves off and put on my DL socks and slippers...and then I start. So probably about 5-10 minutes.
