Done...I wasn't really feeling it today. Last week I squatted 580x6 and today 535 for 5 almost killed me. Now, I believe that is the heaviest and most reps i've done without knee sleeves. Actually, I was suppose to do 535 for 5x3, but instead I did 3x5. Also, my weight today on the deadlifts was suppose to be 640...but you know me, I bumped it up 5lbs, and then added another 5lbs at the end to pull a triple PR. Thursday I plan on doing speed bench vs. monster minis and maybe a short monster mini band.
