    Nice deadlift pr (again). Still hate you for that lol. Maybe a 750 by your next meet with how good of progress you have made on it recently.

    Done...I've been fighting some pain in my right pec near the armpit area, where it ties into my shoulder. I'm not sure if all the benching that i've been doing is helping, so I might cut out the speed work once again. I will throw in some CGBP to a 2-3 board and hit my triceps hard. Seeing how it's not full range, it shouldn't bother me. I'll try it this week and see how it goes.

    Definitely agree on benching once per week instead of twice if shoulder or pec is aggravated. Really a week off benching completely usually makes it feel 100 percent better again.

    Good call on giving the full range a bit of a rest. Got to look after the body. Strong pressing none the less!

    Yeah, we'll see how the next few weeks go. I'm not benching heavy singles for another 3 weeks, hopefully things will feel better.

    Done...I trained by myself today and I wasn't sure if I was going to try for some extra reps or not. I know i'm squatting in a cage, but it still makes me nervous. As you can see, I didn't let it stop me from getting a rep PR.

    I haven't done suspended GM's in a long time, and I really pushed it hard today. My lower back was pumped, lol. That's why I took it easier on the shrugs. I will be doing more of these that's for sure.

    Here is the plan for next week:
    Bench @ 90% for 3x2
    Squat @ 95% for 4x1
    Deadlift @ 90% for 2x3

    I'll try for an extra rep on the bench, but that depends on how things are going of course. I'm just going to do singles with the squat, and hopefully pull a rep PR....but that all depends on how i'm feeling.
