I just found this log and saw you're from Lakeland... I was born and raised in Lake Wales, and I played baseball at FL Southern... I live in Sebring now, about 45 minutes from Lakeland... Where do you train?

Done...The last cycle I did, I was pulling heavy off the floor every other week. The weeks I wasn't pulling, I was either doing a block pull or GM. I'm doing the same this cycle, but instead of doing a block pull or GM in between, I decided to just pull light....we'll see how it goes.
I really didn't feel like pulling 3 sets for 6 reps, so I went with triples and I tried to pull each one fast. The last set I decided to bust out 6 after I did my first 3 reps. I probably had another rep or two in me, but I got out of position on the 6th rep and just decided to stop.
My rest period between sets were about 2 minutes, and on my last two sets I bumped it up to 3 minutes.

Oh ok, have you tried the reverse hyper on it? How much weight can it hold?
I'll keep them in mind whenever I'm ready to purchase one.

Done...A pretty good day today even though the weights were light. I ditched my squat shoes for benching and put my Nikes back on and my setup felt stronger. I did bench with a little pec pain, but not as bad as last week. On my last set of 330, my form got pretty sloppy after 7 reps so I stopped at 9. I think 10 would of went if I tried, but I didn't want to chance it.
