With that tweaked pec, you might want to rethink speed bench against bands until it feels better. Just a thought. Nice work Hopper!

Done...As soon as I walked out with the bar and did the first couple reps, I knew today was going to be tough. Once again, everything felt heavy and my form was off. I didn't feel comfortable at all with 625. My walkouts and setup were the hardest I think they've ever been. And to add to all this, I don't normally train on Wednesdays, as soon as I woke up, I didn't feel like doing anything since I only got a total of 8 hours of sleep between two days.
Yes, I did get my required number of sets and reps for the day, so I should be happy and trust me I am. But I was expecting to do better and I expect better out of me even on a bad day. Next week will be a light week for squats and then the following week will be my last heavy squat besides the week when I do openers.
Ok, now that I am done bitching ....I did get video of my 3 working sets and i'll get it posted as soon as I can.

Done...I decided to change my back/bicep day to a light upper accessory day. Which is sort of what I was doing before, but this time i'm keeping the weights light and doing reps to help strengthen the tendons.
In rare form, 625 squats for doubles three times is phenomenal!
I like the accessory day. Squats = awesome!
Crazy squats, always looks good, you got the perfect build and the perfect technique for it, keep it up!
